Great products. Every product I have tried from leather soft, DDE, engine cleaner, iron off, wheel bomber, Wheely clean, surface clean, dura dressing, dura cleaner and 8 different ceramic coatings that I have installed on different cars work as advertised. Best ceramic coatings that I have installed period. Product shipment time is insane. Ordered on Sunday night and have product by Wednesday at noon.the customer service is out standing. Owner and staff always answer all of my questions about the ceramic coatings which have been lot and point me in the right direction to have flawless results. Owner saved me from making a big mistake on a Bronco top ceramic coat. Like I said great company.

If you are considering ordering from Dura-Coating Technology, take a moment to look at how they treat paying customers before handing over your hard-earned cash. I spent roughly $315 on April 1st for a ceramic coating package that included a DA polisher, pads, and ceramic coating. More than two months later, I have absolutely nothing to show for it, but a string of broken promises, missed deadlines, and unadulterated hostility from the company. ​When my order didn't arrive after a few weeks, I called and was told it would be a "couple of weeks" due to a new batch of polishers. Weeks went by. I inquired again and was told the end of May. Still, nothing shipped. When I called today almost a week into June, the phone was answered by a lady at a local detail shop completely unaffiliated with corporate orders, who informed me the shipment was now delayed until June. ​Hoping for a reasonable resolution, I sent a polite email asking that if they could not fulfill and ship the order by next Monday, I would like my money back. Instead of a professional apology or a status update, the response I received from corporate was a masterclass in petty condescension. Rather than addressing the mass

Very sad , had a very long talk with the owners daughter about shipping my truck and the gf mercedes down to be completely detailed, she was so nice ,me and the guys really enjoyed following the owner on social media , so we purchased alot of merchandise from him , one of the products was missing the buffing pads and didn't notice until a few months later when I pulled my boat out of storage , it snows here in illinois we are not from Florida and the owner , the guy you see making the videos went crazy and said he was sick of the consumers, literally a 13 dollar mistake on there end and we've spent thousand dollars or more with him. Plz look at the reviews they say it all , , the phone call about the cars were last season when all these purchase were made , and look at you reviews , you argue with everyone, this was literally a 13 dollar error lol , and the only rude person was you , all I said was ill write how this was resolved and you went crazy , if it's recorded plz post the call

2nd Update April, 2026: Now owner stating that I’m calling and harassing people, and that my picture is AI. It is really sad to see the reply from the owner, from a costumer that is saying that the product is great, but the price makes no sense for the bottle size. Please give me a call, I’m in no way want to hurt your business. I just want to make you aware of the non-sense cost of the bigger bottle. By the way, not sure what you are talking about videos or being blocked from somewhere, neither that I’m from Ohio (too cold for me), that I’m a mobile mechanic 🤯, or no federal ID, uninsured, unsuccessful. Great product, but the pricing structure needs improvement. I really like the Graph-X6 Graphene Ceramic Coating. It applies easily (much simpler than traditional wax), delivers excellent shine, hydrophobic properties, and long-lasting protection — exactly as advertised for a 5-6 year coating. However, the bottle sizing and pricing don’t make sense. Normally, a larger size gives better value per ml, but here it’s the opposite: • 30mL bottle: $99 • 50mL bottle: $189 If you buy two 30mL bottles, you get 60mL total for $198.
